I’m Lucrezia, and LS Design Candles is where I found my creative voice.
My journey into candlemaking began with an inner calling I couldn’t explain — yet couldn’t ignore either — during a time in my life when I deeply felt the need for change. It wasn’t something I had planned — it was a path that gradually revealed itself, becoming clearer and clearer until I decided to follow it.
Needless to say, that decision, made back in 2023, completely changed my life and marked the beginning of a journey that soon became a true vocation — something I found myself thinking about day and night.
I spent months experimenting, learning, and searching for my own creative direction.
Storytelling has always been something I deeply connect with. I'm fascinated by the way words can create a feeling and give voice to a vision.
At the same time, I developed a deep appreciation for design and the way visual elements can communicate without the need for words.
Over time, I realized these two worlds belonged together — and their union gave shape to what is now LS Design Candles.
I believe design goes far beyond aesthetics: it's about creating pieces with a distinctive identity — visually, materially, and sensorially.
This same philosophy lies at the heart of my educational work.
Through my learning paths, I teach not only the technical side of candle crafting, but also how to understand the properties of raw materials, develop a methodical production process, and create candles with a distinctive identity.
Through both my creations and my educational work, my goal is to bring this approach to life: transforming candlemaking into a story, a feeling, and — most of all — the expression of your own creative vision.
